– No-cost, manufacturing business consulting
www.cmtc.com/sma.html

The City of Gardena has partnered with the Small Manufacturers Advantage®, from California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC) to offer “no-cost” business assistance to its manufacturing companies.

This no cost program is funded by the Department of Commerce (DOC) and includes business assistance from a manufacturing business consultant for up to six (6) months, a written report on the latest ideas & tools a manufacturer can implement to make his /her business more successful.

If your business is doing any kind of manufacturing — assembling, fabricating, or making products in a job shop environment — including custom, one-time orders – and annual sales are between roughly $150,000 and $10 million, then you qualify for this no-cost program funded by the Department of Commerce (DOC) and brought to you exclusively by the non-profit California Manufacturing Technology Consulting* (CMTC) group, the only organization approved by the DOC to offer this.

You can receive:
  • A written report on the latest ideas & tools you can implement, as well as an introduction to other no-cost or low-cost resources.
  • Business assistance from your manufacturing business consultant for six months.
  • Potentially several hours of no-cost assistance for a selected project
*CMTC has been serving Southern California manufacturers of all sizes and in all industries for over 15 years in areas such as Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management Programs, Employee Training, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Teamwork & Communications, and more.  Over the past six years, more than 1,000 companies of all sizes in this annual sales range have received assistance from CMTC in this SMA Program.  Practically all of them have experienced a noticeable positive impact.
