Commercial and Industrial Rebate Program was established to assist businesses and property owners within the City. Property owners can receive 50% of your improvement costs or a maximum rebate of $10,000. The rebate can be used to improve the exterior appearance of existing commercial and industrial buildings and sites.

Eligible Geographic Area and Businesses

Commercial and Industrial sites must meet one or more of the following requirements to qualify. The property must be located in a Revitalization Project Area and/or serve an area where at least 51% of the residents are low and moderate-income. Property owners as well as business tenants may qualify for reimbursement.

Types of Improvements

In order of priority, items that affect the appearance of the building, sites, or property from the street (i.e., painting, stucco, and signage).
